Leave Date Determined

I finally received my bank card in the mail today, and last week I had my car checked out. The mechanic said there was nothing wrong with it and therefore no reason to think it couldn't make the trip. He also told my dad, "I wouldn't even try that sort of a trip with a new car," but if the risks of this trip were going to stop me they would have a long time ago. The only issue left is with my apartment, but I'm confident I can take care of that from the road. That being said, I CAN FINALLY LEAVE! The trip that was supposed to begin 3 weeks ago is now planned to leave (pending no further delays) February 3rd, the Monday after Superbowl Sunday. I know a lot of people have been saying they want to say goodbye before I leave so I wanted to give about a week for them to do so.

I also know quite a few of you have wanted to meet me somewhere. To help with this, firstly, here's a link to the places I plan on going and the path I'm taking. Both the start and end of the path are in Aiken, South Carolina, but the start is the part of the line that directs westward and the end is the part that comes down the east coast. I have no way of knowing for sure when I'll end up where, but I've tried to create an itinerary for at least 2 weeks of travel which I'll keep updated for those who wish to meet me somewhere. Another reason for the itinerary is completely selfish: if you or someone you know lives near the end or start of one of my days, please let me know! Anytime I don't stay as a guest somewhere I'll be sleeping in my car, so such an act would be greatly appreciated. Here's the current itinerary:

Another couple things that would be greatly appreciated: if anybody in the Utah/Colorado area has access to a snowmobile and/or someone who could teach me to ski, both those things are on my list of to-dos (Good Times Adventures is for snowmobiling and Beaver Creek Resort is for skiing). It would be a great preservation of my resources if I could get a hold of those things for free/cheap, so please let me know.
